Leadership, Citizenship and Good Relations Programme for Community and Civic Leaders – community leader and elected member based
Programme aim
To offer at least three opportunities per annum for shared experiences and learning around leadership development concepts through conferences, site visits and joint civic and community training opportunities. The programme will bring together elected members and community leaders participating the Leadership in a Shared Society Programme.
Target beneficiaries
The programme is targeted at elected members and community leaders participating in the Leadership in a Shared Society Programme.
Outcomes
The programme will provide a safe, open and honest opportunity for communication to take place between local community leaders and elected representatives on the role of leadership and their part therein. It will aim to share practice and learning and open up the debate on inter community local governance.
